HR-Manager / HR-Generalist (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to fill a position as „HR-Manager / HR-Generalist (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our partner company in the northern part of Munich.

Tasks

• As HR-Manager / HR-Generalist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the operational management of employees and executives throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• You will support administrative and organizational HR processes, including contract management and personnel records.
• You will actively work in recruitment, create and publish job postings, coordinate application processes, and accompany introductory meetings.
• In addition, you will support personal topics such as absenteeism management, onboarding, and personnel development.
• Your tasks will also include cooperation with external agencies like personnel service providers, authorities, or social security organizations, as well as the creation of evaluations, statistics, and reports.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in human resources management or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience as an HR manager (m/w/d), HR generalist (m/w/d), personnel officer (m/w/d) or in a comparable position.
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office programs.
• Your communication and team skills, willingness to engage, and quick understanding ability distinguish you.
• You have very good German language skills.
