We are looking for an HR Manager / HR Generalist (m/w/d)

Main focus: Recruiting, Onboarding & Employee Care | Teamlead (2 people)

In this operational key position, you will be responsible for recruiting commercial employees, designing a structured onboarding process, and caring for the production staff in their daily business. You will lead a small HR team (2 people) and work closely with Production, Management, Payroll, and Works Council.

Tasks

• End-to-End Recruiting for commercial production positions including Active Sourcing and controlling external service providers
• Setup and implementation of a structured onboarding program (including 30/60/90-day feedback)
• Counseling of executives and employees on labor law and operational HR topics
• Preparation of employment certificates and care for administrative HR processes
• Operative leadership and further development of an HR team (2 employees)
• HR KPI tracking and continuous process optimization
• Collaboration with Payroll – ideally with DATEV experience

Qualification

• Completed commercial or HR-related education or study
• 5-10 years of experience in the operational HR field, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Experience in recruiting commercial employees
• Leadership experience in small teams or responsible project leadership
• Knowledge of labor law and safe handling of MS Office and HR systems (DATEV an advantage)
• A structured, assertive, and service-oriented personality with high communication competence
