HR Manager / HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

We are looking for a dedicated HR professional on behalf of our client – an established, crisis-proof and future-oriented company in the field of precision and quality technology – to fill a full-time position as soon as possible.

Tasks

• You will act as a trusted first point of contact for the workforce, including apprentices and students, and accompany them throughout their entire employment period.
• In close cooperation with the personnel department, you will support the operational daily business and continuously work on modernizing and optimizing existing HR structures.
• You will take over independently leading internal HR projects – from conception to successful implementation.
• You will conceptualize and implement creative measures in the area of internal and external employer branding to position the company optimally on the market.
• You will manage the entire application process independently using a modern, digital applicant management tool.

Qualification

• A successfully completed commercial education, ideally supplemented by specialized further training in personnel affairs (e.g. personnel accountant).
• Fundamental professional experience in a comparable HR generalist function.
• A structured, goal-oriented and self-reliant working style paired with a high level of discretion and service orientation.
• Communication strength, an empathetic demeanor, team spirit, and a healthy dose of humor.
