My client is a medium-sized company with its headquarters in the Pforzheim area and produces high-quality printed products with a powerful machine park.

A experienced HR professional* is sought to ensure comprehensive, operational personnel care.

Workplace: Pforzheim area (1 day/week mobile work possible)

Working hours: Full-time

Aufgaben

What's on your plate…

• Steering of personnel processes from personnel planning to recruiting, personnel care/personnel administration (contract management, certifications, work certificates etc.) up to personnel development and training
• Schnittstellenfunktion zur Entgeltabrechnung inkl. Pflege der Personalakten
• Counseling and care of executives and employees in all personal relevant questions
• Active accompaniment of executives in conflict, feedback, and development conversations
• Implementation of disciplinary individual measures in close coordination with the responsible executive
• Initiation and accompaniment of occupational integration management including implementation of agreed-upon BEM measures
• Participation in the conception and further development of HR processes, especially considering the requirements of DIN ISO 9001
• Trustworthy cooperation with the works council
• Direct reporting line to the commercial management/CFO

Qualifikation

What you bring…
