HR Manager (Generalist) (m/w/d)

We are looking for a dedicated person to strengthen our HR team, who connects operational HR work with strategic themes and actively develops our HR processes.

Aufgaben

• Comprehensive personnel care and management from entry to exit including process design

• Preliminary salary and wage accounting in close cooperation with external service providers (tax consultants)

• Contract management as well as maintenance and administration of personnel files

• Recruiting: Needs assessment, job postings, candidate management, and conducting interviews

• Introduction and guidance of digitalization projects in HR (e.g. HR tools, processes, workflows)

• Development and implementation of projects for employee retention, efficiency enhancement, and corporate culture

• Introduction and guidance of a strategy for personnel development, including qualification and development measures

• Sparring partner for executives and employees in HR-relevant issues

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial training or study in the field of HR, business administration, economics psychology or comparable

• Multiple years of professional experience in personnel management ideally in a generalist role

• Knowledge of preliminary salary accounting and labor law

• Experience or strong interest in digitalization and process optimization in HR

• Independent, structured, and responsible working style

• Communication skills, discretion, and a good sense of people

• Safe handling of MS Office; experience with HR software is advantageous

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
