HR Manager – Business Line Infra

Your challenge

As an HR Manager within our Business Line Infra, you will be both a strategic sparring partner and hands-on advisor for our managers and employees. You will challenge managers to translate the HR strategy into practice and concretely anchor it in the organization. Besides that, you know that business goes on and combine your thinking with doing.

You ensure the translation of our HR goals into practical HR solutions in the areas of intake, throughput, and outflow. Additionally, you think about the continuous improvement of our HR policy and actively contribute to our ambition to grow and excel the Business Line Infra.

In this role, you will work together with your colleague HR Manager Infra, but also with the HR Managers of other business lines and our HR Expertise Centers. You are close to the business and have a national scope, where you regularly visit project locations.

What you'll do as an HR Manager Business Line Infra

• You will guide and support managers, among others, in performance management, development, and remuneration issues.

• You will actively participate in leadership and organizational development.
• You coach and advise management and employees on working conditions, HR policy, regulations, procedures, and systems.
• You develop and implement HR interventions and guide corresponding change trajectories.
• You participate in Boskalis-wide HR projects.

You can make a difference if you bring the following:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Law.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable HR role, preferably in a dynamic project-driven environment such as construction, infrastructure, or technology.
• Knowledge of the CAO Bouw & Infra is an advantage.
• Strong advisory skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels (from specialists to management).
• Result-oriented, persuasive power, hands-on mentality with an eye for the balance between people and organization
• Experience with program and change management.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
