Your Tasks:
- Preparation of necessary documents for entries and exits
- Function as central link between departments, People Business Partners, and other involved teams or interfaces within the company
- Processing of work certificates and internal and external correspondence, taking into account legal and tariff regulations adjusted to different employee groups
- Accompaniment of annual recurring HR processes and implementation of results from transformation projects in close cooperation with relevant contact persons within the company

- Good German language skills in writing and speaking
