HR Manager - APAC

Overview: The HR Manager is a true generalist, responsible for enabling and optimizing the full employee life cycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and offboarding. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and drive a positive employee experience across the APAC region. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the APAC region. * Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees. * Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. * Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution. * Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. * Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations. * Manage HR data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. * Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the APAC region. * Partner with legal and finance teams on HR-related matters. * Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices in the APAC region. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably with experience in the APAC region. * Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in the APAC region. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software. * Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach. * Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. * Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other APAC languages is a plus.
