HR Manager

Responsibilities As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for administrative and operational management of human resources within the company. You will intervene on different aspects of HR function, such as:

• Gestion administrative du personnel: Follow-up of employee files, drafting employment contracts, managing hiring and departure formalities.
• Paiement et administration du personnel: Preparation of variable pay elements, management of absences, paid leave, illnesses, follow-up of overtime and bonuses.
• Recruitment: Participation in recruitments (drafting job postings, selecting applications, interviews, integrating new employees).
• Formation et développement: Management of training requests, follow-up of training plans, management of training conventions.
• Rélations sociales: Participation in organizing employee representative elections, follow-up of relations with employee representative bodies.
• Vigilance juridique et réglementaire: Vigilance on labor law and social evolutions, updating internal procedures according to new regulations.

  Profile - Education in Human Resources, Management, Law or equivalent. - Experience of 2-3 years on a similar position, ideally in a medium-sized or large environment. - Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word) and payroll software (Sage, ADP, etc.). - Good knowledge of social legislation and HR practices. - Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication, team spirit, and listening skills.
