The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or lodge environments and be confident managing large teams and multi-site operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee full HR function across multiple hospitality properties Manage employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and development programs Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation Coordinate and facilitate various HR initiatives and projects Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders.
