  • Together with the team, you will work on further developing and digitizing our HR processes and digital personnel files.
  • You will help us make our workflows more efficient, transparent, user-friendly, and scalable.
  • You will support us in capturing all HR-related data in our digital HR tool and organizing it in a structured manner.
  • You will also take on smaller independent projects (e.g., analyzing employee surveys, organizing training sessions or internal celebrations, and revising retirement plans and benefits).

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are a student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program.
  • You are interested in people, operational HR management, employee experience, and digital transformation.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in HR, for example through internships, working student roles, or student initiatives.
  • You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner and are able to keep track of multiple tasks running in parallel.
  • You handle sensitive information responsibly and discreetly.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace and ideally some initial experience with HR tools such as Personio or comparable systems.
  • You enjoy using AI as a “colleague,” but don’t forget to question the results.
  • You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 in both languages).

YOUR BENEFITS

  • Supportive Team Culture: Team cohesion is important to us - we support one another and foster a healthy office culture. Our event team organizes regular after-work events to encourage exchange and connection beyond the workplace.
  • Early Ownership & Responsibility: From day one, you will take on exciting tasks with real responsibility – whether on your project or by contributing to internal initiatives. You help shape the way we work.
  • Opportunities for Growth: You will find an environment that supports, challenges, and advances your professional growth.
  • Creative Work Environment: We give you the freedom and time to develop creative solutions and provide the best, most modern hardware to support you (Apple or Windows).
  • Attractive Vacation Policy: Work remotely and flexibly adjust your work hours to fit your studies.
