HR-Leitung (m/w/d) in Hanau

An experienced HR-Leitung (m/w/d) is sought with a generalist background. Our client is a mid-sized specialist for building materials and infrastructure near Mühlheim am Main.

Aufsgaben:

• Leadership and development of the entire HR department
• Führen, Entwickeln & Fördern of a 12-member HR team
• Steering of the recruiting process for specialist and leadership personnel
• Counseling of the executive board in personnel and organizational matters
• Implementation of modern HR processes and systems
• Contact person for executives and employees on all HR topics

Qualifikation:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in a leading HR function (ideally in a mid-sized industrial company)
• In-depth understanding of labor and tariff law frameworks
• Leadership experience as well as excellent communication and strategic skills
• Solution-oriented work approach
