Job description
Activities:
- Professional and personnel leadership of various teams
- Consultation and support of managers and employees in all personnel-related and labor law matters
- Involvement in strategic HR decisions and further development of personnel policy
- Support of personnel and payroll administration
- Creation and evaluation of relevant HR key figures and statistics
- Planning and coordination of internal employee events
Profile:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Further education in human resources at the level of a specialist diploma or higher
- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- Leadership experience
- Very good German skills, Italian and French skills are an advantage
- Proficient IT skills
- You are a resilient and committed personality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- You possess strong social skills and a networked way of thinking
