HR Communications Manager (m/w/d) in Part-time (20 weekly hours)

Job Description With your contribution as HR Communications Manager (m/w/d) in our HR team, you will make a significant contribution to strengthening the flow of information, trust, and cooperation at the Crailsheim location. In your role, you are responsible for conceiving, steering, and implementing internal communication at the location - in close coordination with the Central Office, management, local departments, and the Works Council. In doing so, you ensure that all relevant information is communicated to employees in a timely and transparent manner. This includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communication strategy for the location, taking into account the specific needs and interests of employees; • Designing and producing internal communication materials, such as newsletters, posters, and intranet articles; • Organizing and moderating internal communication events, such as town hall meetings, workshops, and training sessions; • Maintaining and updating the location's intranet and internal communication channels; • Collaborating with the Central Office and other departments to ensure consistent internal communication across the organization; • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and making recommendations for improvement; • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in internal communication, preferably in a corporate environment; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels; • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; • Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms, such as intranets and collaboration software; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions; • Fluency in German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills; • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
