Key Responsibilities - HR Intern

Build practical HR and people operations skills while supporting real business functions.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting recruitment & talent acquisition processes
  • Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
  • Assisting with onboarding and employee inductions
  • Maintaining HR records and employee databases
  • Supporting training & development initiatives
  • Assisting with HR reporting and workforce analytics
  • Supporting compliance, policies, and documentation
This internship provides exposure to employee lifecycle management, workplace compliance, and HR best practices.

Systems & Tools Exposure
Interns may gain experience using:
  • HRIS platforms (e.g. Employment Hero, BambooHR)
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Job boards (Seek, Indeed)
  • Microsoft Excel & reporting tools
(Exposure dependent on host company placement)
