Primary Responsibilities Include * Supporting the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. * Assisting with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. * Maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. * Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and managing paperwork. * Participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives. * Providing support to employees with HR-related inquiries. * Contributing to the overall positive employee experience.
