Location: REMOTE - Kerala
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: No Compensation for Internship
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. You will work closely with HR professionals and gain exposure to real-world HR practices.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in recruitment processes: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Help organize employee engagement programs and events.
- Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
