About the Internship
This internship will be integrated into the Human Resources area, supporting the business in achieving its objectives and prioritizing the commitment and well-being of our teams. The activities carried out by the person joining will always be supervised and supported by the HR Business Partner.
The main tasks will be to support the HR team in relation to the following functions:
HR Projects: Participate in a wide variety of HR projects designed with the objective of attracting, developing, and fostering the commitment of Biogen's talent, including, but not limited to, those related to employer branding, engagement, and the reinforcement of Biogen's culture and values.
Talent, Development, Communication: Assist the team in designing and organizing training sessions, coordinating internal communication sent from HR, and managing the talent review process.
Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate in the implementation of the performance plan, including objective setting and compensation processes, which will require the preparation of materials and presentations to share with staff.
Employee Relations: Support the HRBP in responding to employee inquiries related to human resources, regarding benefits, leaves of absence, HR processes, and the application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement or internal policies. Participate in HR tasks carried out to ensure compliance with local and global policies and regulations.
Organization: Participate in activities related to changes and updates to be made to the company's organizational chart.
Talent Acquisition: Assist in completing tasks related to new hires and the onboarding program.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a field related to HR or the business world.
- Passionate about people management in the company.
- High level of English.
- Preferred: Master's degree in HR.

- Agreement: It will be essential to be able to sign an educational collaboration agreement with the educational institution.
- Functional Area: Human Resources
- Internship Duration: 6 months, extendable up to one year.
- Estimated Start Date: October 2026.
- Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Thursday and 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays. Intensive work schedule in summer. Possibility of adapting the schedule if necessary to reconcile it with the master's program schedule.

- Compensation: Study allowance €1000/month and €200/month in restaurant tickets.
