HR & Industrial Relations Manager

Cisalfa Group, present in Italy and Germany with 7 companies and brands Cisalfa Sport, INTERSPORT Voswinkel and SportScheck, with over 240 stores and 5,500 employees, is seeking a figure to be inserted as Industrial Relations Manager. The resource, directly reporting to the HR Director, will have the responsibility of ensuring the correct application of labor laws and CCNL, ensuring coherence with group HR processes and corporate strategy. It will deal with union relations and contentious issues, supporting various company functions in decision-making processes related to personnel management. Main responsibilities and activities - Manage all normative aspects of employment relationships, ensuring compliance with current legislation and applicable CCNL; - Coordinate, draft, and manage documentation related to employment relationships (e.g., disciplinary disputes, policies, contracts, transacted agreements, etc.); - Manage various aspects of labor litigation, in collaboration with external consultants or lawyers as needed; - Representative for relations with trade unions, occupying oneself with the preparation, conduct, and execution of agreements, respecting corporate strategy; - Support company functions in decision-making processes related to personnel management, providing labor law advice and normative interpretations. Profile - Bachelor's degree in Law; - Admission to practice law with proven experience of at least 7 years in structured corporate contexts or specialized law firms in labor law; - Excellent knowledge of labor laws and CCNL Terziario Confcommercio; - Fluent knowledge of the English language; - Knowledge of German will be considered a plus; - Completing the profile: ability to manage relationships, negotiate dynamics, and dynamism to move effectively in a constantly evolving retail reality. #GameOnWithCisalfa Sector: Sales Role: Retail Services/Public Type of occupation: Indefinite contract
