Our HR-Generalist:in is responsible for the following tasks: • Employee onboarding and training; • Job posting and recruitment; • Payroll processing and benefits administration; • Leave management and absence reporting; • Compliance with labor laws and regulations; • Development of HR strategies and policies; • Support in employee development and succession planning. We are looking for a motivated and organized HR-Generalist:in who is passionate about people and processes.
