The HR team consists of eleven employees and is responsible for all personnel-related topics - from recruiting and onboarding to employee support and development to labor law and cultural issues. This is what you do Win new colleagues for Repower and accompany the entire recruiting process. Identify trends and innovations in the labor market and contribute new ideas and approaches. Help shape and further develop our employer branding activities. Work closely with HR Services and HR Business Partners, and take on administrative tasks in personnel development. Represent Repower at university and career fairs. This is what you bring Experience in recruiting and knowledge of HR marketing. Further education as an HR Assistant, certified HR Specialist, degree with a focus on HR, or comparable qualification (HF/FH/Bachelor). Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and negotiation skills. Organizational talent and enjoyment in coordinating various appointments and activities. Willingness to travel within the canton of Graubünden. Very good written and spoken German skills and good Italian skills (B2-C1).
