You should bring:

Experience & Personality: Several years of experience in the personnel department, as well as self-initiated, structured, and reliable work habits, possibly with a training or further education as a personnel services clerk (this is not necessarily required!)
Professional expertise: Familiarity with MS Office and comprehensive knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
Languages: Good German language skills in writing and speaking, English basic knowledge required
DATEV: Practical experience in payroll accounting using the DATEV software solution is an advantage
Financial understanding: Basic knowledge of financial accounting is a plus, but not a must

Your tasks with us:

HR Administration: Preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, time recording, personnel deployment planning, and processing of terminations and warnings
Payroll accounting: Conducting and supporting payroll accounting – with practical experience in DATEV / LODAS
Financial accounting: First-hand knowledge of financial accounting is desirable, but not a prerequisite
Reportings & Evaluations: Preparation of HR-relevant evaluations and support for internal reports
Project work: Participation in internal HR projects and support for travel planning and general organizational tasks
