HR Generalist/in with Payroll Responsibility 60-100%

Tasks - Taking over the entire personnel administration from entry to exit - Responsibility for payroll accounting under compliance with all statutory regulations - Counseling employees and executives on labor law and personal matters - Supporting the recruitment of new talents and accompanying the onboarding process - Maintaining and developing HR processes and systems - Creating and analyzing HR key figures, as well as reporting to management - Active participation in projects, such as digitalization or employer branding Profile - Commercial basic training with further education in the HR field (e.g. HR specialist certificate) - Several years of experience as an HR Generalist/in with in-depth knowledge of payroll accounting - Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law - Proficient handling of HR and payroll systems, as well as MS Office - Communicative personality with high service orientation - Independent and structured work style with enthusiasm for new challenges - Empathy and openness when dealing with people from different cultures.
