Aufgaben

• Recruiting & Personalbeschaffung: You coordinate all recruiting measures, steer job applications and management, and accompany the entire process from first contact to onboarding. You recognize which people are professionally and culturally suitable for us and use active sourcing to actively approach potential candidates.
• HR-Operations: You take over contract processing, ongoing administrative support for our employees, and maintain our HR tool (Personio). You ensure that HR processes run reliably, cleanly, and transparently in daily life.
• People & Culture: You are the central point of contact for our employees and accompany them through all phases of the employee lifecycle. You actively strengthen team spirit, organize team events, and set measures to develop employees and teams.
• Arbeitsrecht & HR-Beratung: You bring labor law knowledge into everyday HR work, independently assess situations, and set topics like contracts, absences, or personnel changes with sovereignty – if necessary in consultation with external experts.
• Employer Branding: You develop our employer brand further and ensure that employees and applicants have a consistent, positive, and professional experience with 6-Minuten.
• Arbeitsumfeld & Setup: You ensure that our employees have their ideal work setup – from onboarding to technology to smooth daily operations. For this, you bring technical understanding, set up working materials, and keep an eye on tools, equipment, and processes.

Qualifikation

• HR-Erfahrung & Fachwissen: You have a completed commercial education or a degree with a focus on personnel and possess at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in personnel management.
• Recruiting- & People-Kompetenz: You have experience in recruiting and job applications, quickly recognize which people are professionally and culturally suitable for us, and use active sourcing to actively approach potential candidates.
• Empathische Kommunikation: You communicate respectfully and on an equal footing, work well with people, and enjoy building relationships and strengthening team spirit.
• Struktur & Organisationsstärke: You work organized, reliable, and process-oriented, keep track of multiple topics, and ensure clean HR processes in daily life.
• Digitale & sprachliche Sicherheit: You handle Google Workspace & Personio securely, are open to new tools, and possess excellent German language skills as well as good English skills in writing and speaking.
• Wachstums- & Optimierungsdenken: You question what exists, bring in new ideas, and have a desire to continuously develop HR topics – professionally and personally.
