HR Generalist with 4-6 years Experience

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.


• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


• Support employee engagement initiatives and enhance workplace culture.


• Conduct performance evaluations and manage appraisal processes.


• Facilitate training and development programs for staff growth.


• Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.


• Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases.


• Support in the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.


• Coordinate benefits administration and employee welfare programs.


• Assist in the development and implementation of HR metrics and reports.


• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure effective HR management.


• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.


• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention strategies.


• Facilitate communication between management and staff regarding policies and procedures.


• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• UG/ PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.


• Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience.


• Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.


• Certificate in Human Resources Management is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.


• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
