HR Generalist

Job Description This position is for work in an on-site format, in Contagem - Minas Gerais. Who will you be working with? This role partners employees and managers to deliver HR services, including employee relations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, Talent Management, and HR data management. How will you make a difference? The HR Generalist will provide day-to-day support across core HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. What are the requirements for this role? The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role; • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
