HR GENERALIST

We are looking for a HR Generalist to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Mexico City, Mexico. You will help us to create and execute our people’s strategy. We are open to experiences, curious about innovation, and creative. In this role, you will: Administrative and Operational HR Management Manage the complete employee lifecycle: This includes recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and separation. You will also be responsible for managing our company’s policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, you will support our sales team by providing HR-related services such as benefits administration, compensation planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
