HR GENERALIST / MATERNITY LEAVE COVER

Ferrarelle S.p.A. is seeking a resource to be inserted in support of the Human Resources Department, as part of a maternity leave cover. The figure will be an integral part of the HR team and contribute to the operational management of the main HR processes, ensuring continuity to the activities of the Commercial and Staff Departments. The role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and predisposition to teamwork. Activities: - Management of the recruitment and selection process; - Management of pre-hiring activities and onboarding paths; - Identification of training needs, planning and coordination of training activities, document management in dedicated systems; - Support for the Performance Management cycle, updating materials, data, and monitoring progress. - Support to the HR team for change and organizational development processes, and all personnel management topics; - Updating and managing HR documentation, policies, and organization charts, with monitoring of main deadlines (medical visits, trial periods, fixed-term contracts) through dedicated tools; - Operational management of HR activities and contribution to compliance projects and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, including activities connected to the UNI/PdR 125 certification. Requirements: - Master's degree in humanities, economics, law or related fields. Master's degree in Human Resources considered a plus; - Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in structured contexts; - Knowledge of main HR processes and good proficiency in the Office package. Familiarity with management systems (preferably Talentia and/or SAP) is welcome; - Excellent organizational skills, precision, and result-oriented mindset; - Strong communication skills, ability to manage priorities, and predisposition to teamwork; - Proactivity, reserve, and problem-solving attitude.
