HR Human Resources Personnel Administration Selection Training Welfare SMEs Personnel Management Link HR Professional Solutions is looking for a professional profile to be included within the Human Resources Office for HR GENERALIST SENIOR reinforcement. Responsibilities: * Personnel administration management: attendance, holidays, permits, time recording; hiring, extensions, and terminations; support in the processing of payslips; * Coordination with external consultants for payroll processing; * Management of relationships with trade union organizations; * Support in the definition and implementation of HR policies; * Support in the management of performance appraisals; * Management of training activities (identification of training needs, organization, and logistics); * Support in recruitment processes (screening of CVs, interviews, contact with candidates); * Support in the management of company welfare; * Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or equivalent; * Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role within structured companies; * Excellent knowledge of labor regulations and employment contracts; * Good knowledge of payroll processing; * Good relational and communication skills; * Ability to work independently and in a team; * Accuracy, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills; * Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
