Aufgaben

What tasks await you at our company?

• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting cycle, including active sourcing, interview guidance, onboarding support, HR events, and employer branding measures.
• HR-measure and event management
• HR project management
• Hands-on mentality and administrative support in all HR tasks (including payroll accounting, labor law, etc.), both for Germany and Switzerland

Qualifikation

What do you bring with you?

• A completed commercial education or degree with an HR focus or equivalent
• Mind. 2–3 years of proven experience in comprehensive recruiting, including interview guidance, talent pipeline building, active sourcing, employer branding
• Mind. 2 years of work experience in the general personnel department desired
• Knowledge of the following HR-related topics from an advantage: personnel administration, payroll accounting, labor law, social security, etc., both for Germany and Switzerland
• Experience with common HR systems and ERP systems, Odoo knowledge from an advantage
• A self-reliant and structured work style in a rapidly developing and agile company in the IT industry.
• Safe handling of all common office applications as well as IT affinity
• Fluent German skills (at least C1) and very good English skills
