Job description

We are looking for an HR Generalist belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99) for our client company, operating in the chemical sector with international market. The resource will be responsible for managing all HR activities, including personnel selection, performance management, personnel administration and consulting to corporate functions. It will also be involved in organizing training courses and developing HR policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in economic or legal field

Prior experience of at least 2 years in HR roles, preferably in the chemical sector

Good knowledge of English (B2)

Belonging to protected categories

Autonomous management capacity and support for various corporate functions

Direct entry into the company on an indefinite-term basis.
