• Gestioning recruitment process at the site level;
• Gestioning hiring and termination of employment contracts;
• Organizing and monitoring onboarding process for new employees;
• Gestioning monthly HR department activities (payroll, salaries, etc.);
• Recording in internal systems justifications for payroll and collaborating with the salary team;
• Coordinating and implementing internal communication activities;
• Organizing professional evaluation process for personnel;
• Gestioning current administrative activities of the HR department.
