HR Generalist

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting industrial relations, recruitment, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and high-performing work environment. You will be responsible for managing disciplinary processes, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining HR records, supporting training and development, and driving HR projects. Your expertise in labour law, employee relations, and HR best practices will be essential in this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. You must be able to work independently, think critically, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
