HR Generalist (m/w/d) Part-time

Munich & Sauerlach | Part-time (20–30 hours/week) | Start: immediately
We are growing rapidly – and with each new team member, the importance of a strong People & Culture function is also growing. You ensure that we find the right people, successfully onboard them, and create an environment in which our team can develop long-term.
This is not just about classical HR work, but about actively shaping our company culture and laying the foundation for further growth.
Tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our employees and executives regarding personal matters
- You manage the entire employee lifecycle – from entry to changes in employment status to exit
- You create employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other personnel documents
- You maintain personnel records and ensure proper personnel administration
- You prepare the monthly payroll report in collaboration with our external payroll office
- You manage our HR systems and ensure the quality of our personnel data
- You coordinate and support our employee benefits
- You assist with onboarding new employees at both locations
- You accompany recruitment processes and supports filling open positions
- You work on developing our HR processes and structures
Qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in personnel management, HR management, or as a personnel officer:in
- Experience in personnel administration and personnel care
- Knowledge of preliminary payroll and salary calculations
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Personio)
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- A structured and meticulous work style
- High trustworthiness and discretion in handling sensitive data
- You bring the willingness to regularly work at our two locations in Munich and Sauerlach (approx. 50/50)
- Fluent German skills and good English skills
