HR Generalist (m/w/d) Focus on Recruiting: Part-time 20-30 hours/week

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for our end-to-end recruiting process and support the setup of leaner, scalable HR structures simultaneously. The position is deliberately designed as a part-time role with approximately 20 hours per week and offers a lot of scope for design.

Tasks

Your task priorities

1. Recruiting (approximately 65-75 %)

• Creation and publication of job postings

• Active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn, XING, professional networks)

• Pre-selection of applications

• Organization and coordination of interviews

• Support for departments in the selection process

• Candidate care throughout the application process

• Building and maintaining a talent pool

• Developing partnerships with relevant networks such as universities and associations

2. HR Generalist / People Operations (approximately 25-35 %)

• Support in onboarding new employees

• Maintenance of personnel records and HR documents

• Participation in setting up efficient HR structures and processes

• Support for employer branding measures

Qualification

• Completed studies or comparable training

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or an HR generalist role

• Ideally, experience in recruiting technical profiles (engineering, industry)

• Self-motivated, structured work style

• Hands-on mentality and joy in working in small, growing teams

• Very good German language skills

Nice to have

• Experience in SMEs or scale-ups

• Experience with ATS / HR tools

• Experience in active sourcing technical profiles
