Your Tasks:

• Employee Lifecycle Management:
  You accompany our employees through all phases – from onboarding to offboarding – and are the first point of contact for all personnel matters.
• HR Projects & Strategy:
  Whether digitalization, employer branding or employee engagement – you shape actively our HR future with your ideas and bring processes smarter, more modern and human-centered.
• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
  You support in searching and selecting new talents, create appealing job postings and bring with your sense for people the right personalities into the team.
• HR Analytics & Reporting:
  You deliver informative HR reports on topics like turnover, satisfaction or absences – and use the data to support decision-making
• Performance & Feedback:
  You accompany our leaders in feedback and development conversations and ensure transparent and motivating performance processes.
• Labor Law & Contracts:
  You keep an eye on legal frameworks, take care of contracts, changes and ensure clean, legally secure workflows.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources, ideally in a similar role
• Fundamental knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
• Empathetic and communicative appearance, outstanding social skills
• High organizational ability and independent working style
• Fluent German and English in writing and speaking
