HR Generalist (m/w/d) with Payroll Focus

As HR Generalist with Payroll Focus (m/w/d), you are not only a numbers expert but also a people champion. You ensure that our employees feel well taken care of – from their first day to their last photo shoot.

Your Tasks:

• Payroll & HR Administration:
  You are responsible for processing payroll and ensuring all HR and payroll data is accurate, reliable, and precise.
• Employee Lifecycle Management:
  You accompany our employees through all phases – from onboarding to offboarding – and serve as the first point of contact for all personnel matters.
• HR Projects & Strategy:
  Whether it's digitalization, employer branding, or employee engagement – you actively shape our HR future with your ideas and bring processes into line, making them smarter, more modern, and more human.
• HR Analytics & Reporting:
  You provide meaningful HR reports on topics such as turnover, satisfaction, or absences – and use the data to support decision-making

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources & Payroll
• Familiarity with DATEV
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, social security law, and tax law
• Excellent communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured, proactive work style
• High organizational ability and self-motivated work style
• Fluent German and English in writing and speaking
