HR Generalist (m/w/d) with Focus on Operational HR & Recruiting

We are looking for an HR Generalist (m/w/d) with a focus on operational HR and recruiting for our client, an established company in the industrial sector. In this versatile position, you will take on a central role within the HR department and accompany employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle. Look forward to a varied task field where you can apply your HR expertise as well as your recruiting experience and further develop it.

Aufgaben

• Zentrale Ansprechperson for employees on all personnel-related and labor law topics
• Comprehensive care along the employee lifecycle – from entry to exit
• Preparation and management of contracts, certificates, transcripts, and processing of personnel measures
• Maintenance and management of all personnel data in the system
• Support and accompaniment of employee discussions
• Guidance of recruiting for commercial positions including job posting, candidate management, and interview guidance
• Care of external personnel service providers as well as negotiation and management of ANÜ contracts
• Verification of time records and invoices in the context of labor leasing
• Preparation and evaluation of HR key figures, reports, and statistics
• Participation in training and active further development of internal HR processes

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial education, ideally with additional qualification in personnel management
• First experience in operational HR work, preferably in the industrial or production sector
• Fundamental knowledge of labor law as well as a secure and pragmatic judgment
• Routine handling of MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as experience with HR or ERP systems
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
• A high degree of discretion, sense of responsibility, and reliability
• Pleasure in collaboration with different personalities and in practical HR work

Benefits

• 35-hour week in full-time with a salary range between 45,000 € and 50,000 € per year
