The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the HR department, including personnel planning, employee onboarding, and training. In addition, you will support the management in matters of human resources and contribute to the development of our HR strategy. Your responsibilities will include: • Personnel planning and coordination with departments • Employee onboarding and training • Support for the management in matters of human resources • Development of HR strategies and concepts • Coordination of employee events and celebrations • Maintenance of personnel records and databases The ideal candidate should have a degree in human resources or a related field, as well as several years of experience in HR.
