Aufgaben

• You manage and function as a trusted advisor for our executives and employees in all personnel-related matters.
• You coordinate and manage professional on- and offboarding processes and stand in close exchange with our applicants.
• You perform preliminary work for payroll and salary calculations, and – in the event of absences – create the complete payroll and salary calculation independently.
• You handle all administrative personnel tasks (e.g. time management, certification matters, contract matters, travel expenses).
• You create targeted training and education measures in cooperation with department heads and ensure their sustainable implementation for our employees.
• You prepare key figures and data for the creation of various statistics and reports and actively support budgeting.
• You take over specific tasks and support proactive HR projects.
• You maintain a trusting and constructive collaboration with the works council.

Qualifikation

• You have successfully completed an education as a personnel manager or equivalent qualification; several years of professional experience are desirable.
• You stand out for high advisory and social competence, as well as excellent communication skills.
• You possess a quick understanding ability, as well as a result- and solution-oriented working style.
• You bring a highly independent and reliable working style, as well as a large organizational skill and a high degree of service orientation.
• You have a sovereign appearance, as well as particularly developed empathy and team skills.
• You enjoy change management and process design, as well as interest in digital topics.
• You bring good spoken and written English skills.
• You ideally have first experiences in cooperation with the works council.
