HR Generalist (m/f/d) - Full-time

OETINGER Aluminium GmbH, with its 400 employees at two locations in southern Germany and one location in the Czech Republic, produces approx. 220,000 tons of aluminum alloys from recycled material. OETINGER is thus one of the most important manufacturers of aluminum casting alloys in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Operational execution, continuous optimization, and digitalization of HR processes
• Support and co-design of personnel development measures
• Involvement in employment law issues and the implementation of statutory and collective bargaining requirements
• Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of suitable measures
• Active co-design of HR strategy, implementation of personnel strategic topics, and contribution to the development of standards, roles, and HR instruments
• Independent execution of recruiting processes

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on HR, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of employment law and modern HR processes
• Experience in collaborating with managers at various hierarchical levels
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and solution-oriented working skills
• Proficient in HR systems and MS Office
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of P&I LOGA is an advantage
