About us:
OETINGER Aluminium GmbH produces approximately 220,000 tons of aluminum alloys from recycled materials with its 400 employees at two locations in southern Germany and one location in the Czech Republic. OETINGER is one of the most significant manufacturers of aluminum die-cast alloys in Europe.
Tasks
- Processing administrative tasks related to personnel care
- Point of contact for our employees on operational personnel matters
- Assistance with conducting salary calculations and time management
- Ongoing optimization of existing and implementation of new HR processes
- Active shaping and implementation of personal strategic themes
Qualification
- Vocational training in commerce with a focus on personnel or comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of labor tax and social security law
- Multiple years of experience in human resources
- Safe handling of MS-Office programs
- Knowledge of P&I LOGA is advantageous
- Reliability, engagement, and self-reliant and structured work style
