Job description
Company:
International, successful company in the healthcare / medical technology sector with a global presence. Represented in the DACH region with several hundred employees at numerous locations. The position is based at the Hamburg site, full-time and permanent.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive support of a defined group of employees
- Advising executives on personnel and labor law issues
- Collaboration with employee representatives and external legal advisors
- Independent recruiting for the assigned area of responsibility (from job posting to onboarding)
- Participation in the optimization of HR processes
- Support with integration topics in the context of company mergers (Post-Merger Integration)
- Close cooperation with the HR Business Partner team
- Responsibility for administrative HR processes (master data, time management)
- Involvement in HR projects (including onboarding, corporate benefits)
Qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship or degree with an HR focus
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Sound knowledge of individual and collective labor law
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and composure
- Experience in project work / project management skills
- Proficient use of HR software and digital tools
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
