HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Are you an HR Generalist looking to bring your experience to a versatile HR role in an industrial environment? Tasks

• You will manage the recruiting process from applicant selection to the successful onboarding of new employees.
• You will provide comprehensive advice to employees and executives on HR-related and labor law issues.
• You will support HR projects and contribute to the optimization of existing processes as well as measures for employee satisfaction.
• You will prepare employment contracts, references, certificates, and other HR-related documents.
• You will assist with the preparation, review, and coordination of monthly payroll.
• You will maintain master HR data and ensure reliable data quality in the HR and time management system.
• You will prepare HR reports, statistics, and evaluations for internal contacts and decision-makers.
• You will coordinate collaboration with the works council, authorities, health insurance companies, and other external bodies.
• You will actively participate in health management as well as in the company integration management.

Qualifications

• You have at least three years of professional experience in the HR field, for example as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
• You have sound knowledge of German labor law and relevant HR processes.
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by additional qualifications in personnel management.
• You are characterized by a structured, reliable, and independent way of working.
• You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
• You are proficient in MS Office as well as common HR and personnel management systems.
• You impress with your strong communication skills, discretion, service orientation, and a pronounced solution-oriented mindset.
