HR Generalist (m/w/d)

You are HR-Generalist:in with passion for comprehensive personnel work and looking for a responsible job in an industrial environment? In this position, you will take on a central role in operational and strategic personnel work and work closely with management. Aufgaben

• You support and advise employees and management comprehensively in all personnel-related and labor law questions.
• You take over recruitment from selection to onboarding of new employees.
• You create employment contracts, certificates, attestations, and other personal documents.
• You maintain and manage personnel data in the HR and time management system.
• You support in preparing and controlling monthly payroll.
• You work actively in health and reintegration management.
• You communicate professionally with the works council, authorities, health insurance companies, and external parties.
• You create reports, statistics, and HR evaluations for internal stakeholders.
• You accompany HR projects and measures to optimize processes and employee satisfaction.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed commercial education, ideally with an HR additional qualification.
• You bring at least three years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
• You possess fundamental knowledge of German labor law and HR processes.
• You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
• You work routinely with MS Office and common HR systems.
• You convince through communication strength, discretion, and a structured working method.
• You act service-oriented, solution-focused, and work independently.
