About the Company

In the name of our client – a family-owned business in its third generation with a location in Munich – we are looking for a motivated professional to take care of and further develop the entire personnel department.

The company looks back on almost eight decades of experience and counts among the pioneers of concrete repair with over 1,000 completed projects. The performance spectrum includes, among other things, concrete repair, high-pressure water jets, shotcrete, surface and corrosion protection, as well as injection technology – all from one hand and nationwide. The prequalification for public tenders is available.

Tasks

• All-encompassing personnel care throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring to departure
• Self-responsible salary calculation including reporting and certifications
• Preparation and management of employment contracts, contract changes, work certificates, and other documents
• Maintenance of personal data and relevant accounting records
• Recruiting: Writing and posting job ads, coordinating applications, planning and conducting interviews
• Zentral contact person for employees, executives, social security providers, and authorities
• Participation in labor law topics and internal HR projects
• Further development and optimization of existing HR processes
• Support in accounts receivable accounting

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with additional qualification in personnel management or study with HR focus
• Necessary: In-depth knowledge of wage tax, social security, and labor law
• Multiple years of relevant work experience in a comparable position
• Routine handling of common accounting systems
• Structured, independent, and confidential working style
• Communication skills, team orientation, and empathy when dealing with people
