• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.) based on business requirements.
• Gather, document, and analyze HR process requirements to design effective HCM solutions.
• Perform data migration, mapping, and validation activities during implementation or system updates.
• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Provide end-user training, support, and guidance to HR teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports (OTBI/BIP), and ongoing system enhancements.
