We are looking for a talent to support our team as HE Generalist in full-time!
As an HR Generalist, you will comprehensively manage HR and payroll processes and support managers in employee recruitment and development. You'll be expected to coordinate training and participate in employer branding projects.

MISSION
• Comprehensive HR and payroll processes management
• Supporting managers in recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
• Coordinating training and development activities
• Monitoring HR metrics and preparing reports
• Participating in employer branding projects and well-being initiatives
• Collaborating with HR Manager, the operations department and the headquarters of the hotel group
