HR GENERALIST

ATTAL GROUP SPA, agency for work - branch of Bergamo, specialized in personnel search and selection, and personnel supply, to support a solid reality in the metalmechanics sector located near BORGOSATOLLO (BG) is looking for a figure of: HR GENERALIST ROLE The selected figure will be responsible for: - Internal elaboration of pay slips: insertion of attendance, calculation of remuneration, contributions, deductions, CU, F24, Uniemens; - Complete management of the employee life cycle: hiring, extensions, transformations, terminations; - Attendance tracking, holidays, permits, illnesses and management of justifying events; - Drafting and managing employment contracts, letters of assignment and mandatory communications; - Support in recruitment and selection activities: publishing job postings, screening CVs, interviews; - Participation in organizing internal training, development plans and management of interprofessional funds; - Elaboration of HR reports and support for continuous improvement projects of company practices. REQUIREMENTS - Diploma or degree in economic, legal or administrative field; - Consolidated experience in pay slip elaboration and personnel administration; - Excellent knowledge of Excel and main computer tools; - Knowledge of the Metalmechanics Industry CCNL and labor law; - Title preference: - Knowledge of TeamSystem payroll software; - Partial experience in selection and training. - Completing the profile: predisposition to collaboration and teamwork, and willingness to attend update courses.
