HR Generalist

Iziwork is a digital recruitment agency that helps you find the right role quickly and easily. Job description We are looking for an HR Generalist for an important industrial group. The resource will be inserted within the Human Resources Office and will have a cross-functional role on multiple HR processes, with a focus on personnel administration, selection, training, and support for organizational development projects. Specifically: 1. Personnel administration and Payroll: management of practical matters related to employee data, including recruitment, hiring, and termination; 2. Recruitment and selection: planning and implementation of recruitment strategies, job posting, and candidate evaluation; 3. Training and development: design and delivery of training programs for employees, including onboarding, skills development, and leadership development; 4. Organizational support: provision of HR services to support business objectives, including employee engagement, communication, and conflict resolution; 5. Payroll administration: management of payroll processes, including salary payments, benefits, and taxes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in an HR role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
